Zehno Papers
This month we're featuring two papers that were recently published in industry magazines.
Blogs can help business schools add a valuable human dimension to their marketing and communication efforts. But to attract attention effectively, institutional blogs must tell true stories with genuine voices and provide meaningful information from knowledgeable sources. The AASCB publication BizEd featured this white paper in its March/April 2009 issue.
If you believe your Web site could be working harder to help you increase applications, defend against a new competitor or meet other high-priority goals, consider using a Web feature. These short high-impact tools will capture — and keep — your audience's attention. This update of our "Now Featuring: Case Studies on Web Features" white paper was published in the Fall 2008 issue of UCDA's Designer magazine.

Zehno News
Nazareth College tasked Zehno to develop an admissions communications plan and the necessary tools to make its distinctive brand pillars come alive. Zehno designed a suite of communications tools, including an interim home page and a three-part search campaign. The materials apply a story-based strategy to showcase the benefits of a Nazareth education.
How often have you wished that you could hire a "mini me" who already knew your working style and somehow absorbed every minute of your professional experience? Documentation helps make expectations and tasks clear and reduces the need to micro-manage projects and newer staff members. It's as close to a mini me as we've been able to find. Learn more in this resource post by Zehno's Christine Quebedeaux.
Meet Shane, our new senior communications strategist. He brings to Zehno 20 years of experience in higher ed, during which he helped institutions discover distinctive voices and pushed enrollments to record levels. Now he's on board to build marketing communications programs, from research and planning to writing.
